Taffron is not meant for speculative trading and AKT will not be held responsible for any loss occurred due to fluctuations in Taffron conversion value.

Taffron Terms & Conditions

General guidelines for usage of Taffron

1.	Non-refundable: The purchase of Taffron directly implies the purchase of AKT Solutions or Services or Supplements. For clients, it is implied that the purchase has been done to self-consume AKT offerings, and for partners, it is implied that the purchase has been done to resell AKT offerings. In both the scenarios during the purchase of Taffron, the invoice will be raised with all taxes levied as per local government taxation policies and revocation of the invoice is not possible
2.	Non-transferable: Clients cannot transfer Taffron to another client or AKT Account. Only partners are authorized to transfer or sell Taffron to their sub-level partners or clients
3.	Non-convertible: Once purchased Taffron cannot be converted back to any other currency or any other money unit. It also must be consumed in the allotted region of the partner or client
4.	Non-encashable: Taffron cannot be encashed and returned to the partner in any scenario. Invoice once generated cannot be revoked and the amount cannot be returned
5.	Non-tradable: Any kind of purchase done with a motive of a speculative business is strictly not allowed. If proved, such transactions would be marked illegitimate and all transactions for Taffron Wallet will be blocked until the due vigilance process is completed
